Our Fees and Services

Organising Marriage Ceremony Only - €500

This is a basic service for couples who wish to arrange their own wedding in Spain but require assistance with booking a church or marriage ceremony and help with the paperwork involved. Services include:
  • Guide to documentation requirements for church and civil ceremonies
  • Contact and booking of priest, minister or registrar.
  • Booking of church or other ceremony venue.
  • Registration of marriage with local Spanish Civil Registry.

Payment Required: €500 due upon booking our services.

Full Wedding Planning Service - €800

This service offers a complete solution for couples who need help in arranging their perfect wedding in Spain. We prepare your wedding planning from start to finish, show you around wedding venues and churches, and organise all suppliers from our extensive supplier database. One of our planners will be present on your wedding day from the start of hair and make up right up until the first dance to ensure that everything goes according to plan. This leaves you and your partner free to mingle with guests and have a stress free wedding day. Services include:
  • Unlimited consultations via telephone and email.
  • 1 day venue viewings prior to venue reservation, we arrange viewing appointments and accompany you to the meetings.
  • Booking of venue.
  • Full budget control.
  • Organising of deposits and final payments.
  • Booking of reputable suppliers.
  • Booking of church/registry office and completing all paperwork involved.
  • Supervision of venue and arrangement of food tasting.
  • Church singer, choir, musicians.
  • Hair and make-up
  • Beauty treatments
  • Flowers
  • Wedding Photographer
  • Videographer
  • Transport for you and your guests.
  • Wedding Music and Entertainment
  • Seating plan.
  • Ceremony rehearsal.
  • Wedding cake.
  • Wedding theme.
  • Organisation of airport transfers.
  • Booking of accommodation for you and your guests.

Payment required: 150€ before venue viewing.  650€ once venue and church booked.

Please note these prices represent our fees only and do not include the cost of venues or services provided by independant suppliers. All fees are subject to VAT.
